I have to get a wisdom tooth out next month... no way in hell am I going to get vaxxed over a tooth.

They asked on the form you fill out if you're vaccinated... I just left it blank.

On some forms they have an "I don't know" option. Tell them you were in a hospital recently but not an Earth one. You have no idea what they did.
