But then again it is not yet available to the general public.

It is NOT a mRNA (Pfizer and Moderna)
It is NOT a DNA (J&J and Oxford)

More of a traditional vaccine, though somewhat newer technology that has only been in use since the mid 1990's

Last reports were they were going to file for authorization in September.
