I try to practice compassion during my daily errands and outings.

I see people who cut me off, or are driving slow, or who seem "beneath me" socially in stores, and I really make a conscious effort not to let myself go there. I humble myself and keep myself grounded and practice compassion for the other human beings that surround me and populate this planet.

For better or worse, we are in this together. You are not special. Someone looks at you the same way you look at others.
