A lot of these actors are not as dumb as they appear. Some will just refuse to work or quit the union. Filming is largely being done in Atlanta these days anyway. Hollywood is no longer the exclusive place to get work for this profession.
Quoting: StayCurious many have money and connections to get a fake passport. . I wonder if that has anything to do with why they cracked down on Hollywood and elites bribing their children's way into certain colleges and faking test scores.
