i think ive encountered entities that were "evil" in spirit. While meditating I could be bombarded with horrific images and the more i drilled into it I would almost always see a set of eyes watching me. And the chills would come up my arms. I would essentially challenge them or chase after them in the ether (while meditating). And they would ALWAYS run away. I literally had no idea what I was doing and I REGULARLY had shitty dreams, and watching my IR camera (positioned on me while I sleep), I have see an orb moving around. Likely an energy vampire. Again.. I have no idea. I'm not an expert, just someone who meditates here and there.
