It may not be politically correct to say this, but I have heard stories of people with issues like this being delivered of demons. I'm not saying every person in a mental Ward is going to get delivered by having an exorcism, but I wouldn't be surprised if about half of them could be. These are familiar spirits, and you need to defamiliarize yourself and break all ties with them on the spiritual realm.
