Up until now, children who would happen to tune into political discourse on their televisions might have heard gibberish, because their own mind did not really understand the words, ideas, and concepts being espoused by those in the political arena, so perhaps to some kids it seemed incomprehensible. Now, those kids can rest assured that when Biden is talking they aren't misunderstanding. It is gibberish and incomprehensible.
