There is this theory we are taken over by Aliens. Could they be space faring, but so stupid? Nothing is more depressing then such thought.  The more likely scenario is that Biden pretends to be more crazy then he is, because of his small slips he keeps having. When he first heard someone was vaccinated he asked "are you OK?", as if he knew vaccines weren't safe and did the gut reaction of asking if someone is OK, when they are doing something you know isn't safe. He went rambling about "man on the moon" and "aliens", as a distraction.
