Pen & paper & sooner or later SOMEBODY will be heading in that direction. Make sure to date your letters because you don't know how long it will take to get there.
It'll be a mostly volunteer network I assume.
Maybe need to add (on the envelope) the closest MAJOR intersection nearest the destination.
