Newsom Says Californians ‘Have A Responsibility To Accommodate’ Homeless People From Other States

I live in Los Angeles. This whole homeless thing started up when we had these sober living houses pop up everywhere. Corporations and 1%ers were buying up houses and turning into sober living houses (which is an ironic name) which prey on people from other states. They tell them, "use your health insurance to come stay in California for 60 or 90 days and get off drugs at our wonderful rehab place near the beaches". As soon as the insurance runs out they kick them out and they don't have the money to go back to their home states.
