I have been in the trades for many years. I am familiar with these types of tools, I am doing some remodeling of my 1870’s home. It has all this rough cut hickory and it’s a pain. So I decided to see what’s available. To my surprise there is a huge offering of these tools. Don’t look for them on your local Home Depot or Lowe’s shelves. Go on line for these stores. Do a search and see all the stuff they have in stock but do not put on the shelve. You have to order it then pick it up..
Now here is the creepy part. I wanted friskars demolition hammer because of it’s size. I Order it online. It says in stock. Then status changed to back ordered. Then it was canceled. Irritated I call customer service. This lady has no clue. Told her I never knew they offered these tools. She says well these are rather new for stores like Lowe’s and Home Depot. She says they are flying off the shelves. They cannot keep them in stock. Who are buying all these tools and why?
Regardless check them out they are awesome. Get them before they are gone. Look up Friskars ISOCore ; Stanley Fubar demolition and wrecking tools for quick reference. Have both they are worth the the money
