As a German i have to tell you that this is exactly what happened to Germany after WW1, the levying of excessive reparations.

How many do you think will overdose before getting all the money? This could be a way to thin the herd...

We need to make sure the supply of drugs is substantial enough to meet demand first...

Just imagine putting them in graves instead of jail...If we plan this carefully, we can pay them to poison themselves and put an end to welfare and cut prison funding in half...

Just to put it in perspective 1 trillion seconds is about 31,500 years. I quadrillion seconds is over 31 million years.

I encourage everyone to research what happens to poor people when they get a windfall...Basically it ruins their lives because they do not have the discipline or self-control to handle money...They end up broke and in debt after a few years when all the money runs out...

2. Give it to them, on the condition that they shut up forever afterwards

3. Sit back and enjoy the show as they realize a Big Mac now costs 20 quadrillions and they aren't any richer than yesterday
