lemon pepper grilled salmon with dill
as close to a full chef salad as the question allows
and grapes
assuming alcohol is allowed but if not provided for you can easily substitute that for the grapes.
i might be disregarding breakfast so thats a good point to adjust for. i suppose i might substitute the salad (especially if its just lettuce/tomato) for eggs. now the real question would be over easy or scrambled. it seems simple from the get go but for eternity.. hmm.
