The narrator is changing.

They can't deny the breakthrough cases.

They can't talk about the vaccine as a means to herd immunity anymore because it doesn't confer immunity.

They admit this.

They say it is therapy: That it reduces symptoms; ya know, like aspirin.

But they haven't pulled back on pushing for it being mandatory. Which means the narrative has shifted.

They are no longer demanding a mandatory vax that confers immunity. They are instead demanding mandatory therapeutic medicine.

No way will mandatory therapeutic medicine stand up in court.

Imagine a world where the governments can mandate therapeutic medicine. They'll be putting lithium in the drinking water, if they can get away with it.
