No, don't take ANY antibiotic unless you're probably infected by a bacteria.
Antibiotic resistance is readily transmitted by common plasmids if you do so.

You just need to get the dosage correct.

Azithromycin is NOT A PROPHYLACTIC - It is your standby for gut infection - ANY infection of sarscov2 with ANY digestive symptoms.
