I’m also a nurse. I just interviewed for and received an offer letter for a new job. I asked if they are mandating the Covid vaccine, since that’s a deal breaker for me. I was told by the director that it violates OSHA to mandate the vaccine, even if she wants to. Check into the legalities in your state.
Also check into the labor board in your state. Mandating this now literally changes the terms of your employment that you did not voluntarily agree to.

You would have to believe in miracles to inject a non-FDA approved witches brew into your flesh. I just don't see how businesses can force you to do that.
