Walmart ammo policy wrote wrong!

They told me 1 box period, with at least 30 plus boxes on the shelf.

I walked out calmly to the exit not saying a word the whole time. It's all on tape. I walked to my car, opened the door , started the car and drove off like I always do. I didn't create the Sean. They did!

They have sold me 3 boxes of the same ammo every Walmart I have shopped at with the same sign posted. I ha e the recites to prove this! Also Walmart don't carry 9mm ammo. No handgun ammo.

OP you're lucky, my wally has been out of any kind of ammo since March...and still shelves are bare.

If the policy was 1 box of ammo per caliber per day, and you raised a fuss over that and got ejected, you have no case.

Well they picked the wrong one here. I just so happen to know some of the judges in the area and hang out with them and their families on a regular basis. As a matter of fact my lawyer is also a judge.

Already have one. Spent the whole day with her and her family. When my customers in the business field I work in are calling me asking me what happened at walmart I believe the damage has been done. Reputation is everything in my field. Not to mention the embarrassment and humiliation I went through.

I work with contracts every day. The policy posted is a contract. It's called false advertisement. People get used all the time for the same thing. I can't post a policy saying buy 1 get 1 free and not get my free item. Your stuff or not. If you post a policy you must obey your own policy. Already went over this with my lawyer today. She went in a took pictures of the policy today for herself. Great to have friends in high places.

I assume you meant "Sued" and not "used".

The posted policy is an "offer", not a contract.

Often times there is some other wording in fine print somewhere.
Offer subject to.... Offer void where.... etc.

Also, the wording "This establishment reserves the right to withhold service for any reason". and in selling ammo or firearms, they would have a lot of standing. They are not supposed to sell deadly weapons to someone that gives off the wrong cues. Even if someone passes the background check for a firearm, the store is well within its rights to stop the sale if they believe the buyer is tweaking on some drug or otherwise mentally unbalanced.

You have a first person grammatical train wreck in this sentence.

If you are the one posting the policy, then you are not the one that gets the free item.

Contracts, offers and an understanding of the law require a mastery of the English language that your posts fail to demonstrate.

Hopefully Walmart pays you an out of court settlement for you to go away that will cover the fee of your "friend" the Atty. Wait to you get the bill for that "friendship".

You can't harass a customer or humiliate them for nothing. Or because your a left wing Karen that hates her job or the people she serves. No fine print on the policy anywhere. I have the pics and video. When she asked to see my drivers license she said it hateful almost like discuss that she had to do her job. I am alway polite to people and treat people the way I would want to be treated. When I asked about the policy posted is when she blew up! So I took a pic of the policy and the woman who started the whole thing while my body camera was filming the whole thing.

Call the corporate office and complain.
Make sure you have the store number or exact address to give them.

Just curious is the chic you are talking about does she have tatoos? There is more than one girl that works back there but I think I know the one you are talking about.
