YOUR COVID RECOVERY? How Long?

My own PCP told me the people who get the worst side effects from the vax are the ones that have already had COVID and have the antibodies.

I had 3 days of fatigue and headache. Felt much better 4th but no appetite and lost some sense of taste. Had a day or where I would get short of breath if I did any rigorous activity. I was taking Vitamin C and D the whole time.

1 week and then 2 weeks to recover after that. I am a long distance runner and I ran the first week I had it and I think I wore myself out so took 2 weeks off and then started back up with baby steps. Overall about 5 weeks to get back to full strength and conditioning. I will never get a vaccine because I am in my 40 with no health issues and everyone I know that gets vaccines look like death warmed over. Also blood pressure medicine seems to kill people too. I would never take those meds unless I had no other choice. Its best to eat better and exercise and do it the right way. You made the right choice op. Just take it easy and don't be like I was and over extend yourself. Take vitamins and towards the end take an antibiotic to prevent pneumonia. Hot showers help too.

How do you know you have it when the pcr test can't tell the difference between "covid" and the flu? Which the FDA recently admitted?

I think some of the symptoms are psychological.

When this all started and I didn't know for sure if it was real or not, my wife's uncle was the first to supposedly come down with it. We had been over at his house the day before other relatives called us panicking saying "he has the virus!!! Tested positive!!! Oh my god!!!


My lungs instantly started to hurt. My mind racing... "Oh no, I must have been infected by him I can feel my lungs burning"

My husband got it first and he got long haul. Truly sick for three weeks and unable to work for six months. He has RA.

I was actually sick for four days, a week total of sick, actually. Had heart palpitations for three months, but not too bad. No medical issues for me.

Kid had cough and sore throat for a week. Then she got eczema, that went away after about three months.

I'd get ivermectin and take it daily until you feel better and then weekly ad prophylaxis along with zinc, c and D.

I went 5 weeks. Stopped eating week 3. Tongue turned gray from lack of desire to hydrate. Forced myself to breathe one day, forced myself to drink fluids for a week. Finally ate on the 4th week. 5th week was alive but fearful. No strength to walk to house door and back, would lay on ground for a while trying to get back inside.

The taste and smell thing is ACE2 cells not having enough zinc in them to function that way. They use up all their zinc fighting Covid RNA replication, and if you don't provide more zinc inside those cells (most important is the zinc ionophore; if really bad supplement zinc too) they can't do any of that.

Oh thats funny i suspect i had it in november 2019 also. I had an extremely sore throat for almost a month. It hurt when i swallowed or sneezed mostly...but it seemed more like an injury then a sickness.

Doctor had told me pooping blood was common because it can swell up your liver but not common among people with arthritis like infections.

6 or 7 months for the long lasting effects to be so diminished, they were no longer noticeable. For me anyway.
