Sensitivities and Feelings tards, please check in

I'll go first... my spirit is very disturbed and unsettled. The intensity of the energy waves makes me feel almost like I'm vibrating. I checked the K index and it's not that.

My meter's been pegged for about 3 days now and I can't seem to shake it.

Constant humm/vibration throughout the whole body. Seems to ramp up a night. But consistent throughout the day. I've gotten used to it.

I read a handful of other online forums and notice a lot of extra hostility. Not unusual around a full moon but the last few days have seemed excessive.

When was the last time you did it?

I’m making strides in meditation.

I’m starting to interact, feel, and sense my astral parts

Anxiety very high but seems to push transformation

Depression high, clinging to old ways

Bumping for the weekday crew.

Not much change from yesterday though

Spent time outside in the sun with nature and my kids. It helped some.

Read psalms before bed, still had trouble sleeping which is unusual for me. IDK.
