It’s geographically isolated usually. Most people have and are missing what’s going on up there due to distractions. This is one of many of these videos coming out btw. Look into when this happened in London two years or so back (added a video below). Thousands did actually see it. Many videos supporting it.

Just reiterating that this is a plasma phenomenon, whereby particles are grounded or arched to earth from space, via the inbound celestial object. Velikovsky has some good insight on this read his book. This needs ironing out, as so far I’m reading pages of suggestions that are misinformed and muddying the waters.

So basically, it is likely a tectonic incident occurred in this region, that then created the conditions to arch the particles.
