I've been dosing my 'horse' with it for 2 months now. Just using the recommended dose (.15mg per kg of weight) for 2 doses, 1 month apart. So far, so good. My 'horse' hasn't had any negative side effects and in fact feels a little bit better than he's felt in a while...or so he tells me
