I took it on a Sunday afternoon. Monday through Wednesday I didn't have a lot of energy (didn't feel terribly sick but dint feel myself.)
It is now Thursday, I feel fine.
Not sure if it did anything. I did not see anything in the toilet. But it did no harm. I took it with Zinc and my other stuff.
