If we know vaxxed have graphene in the blood it can be targeted (graphene) now or in the future with wireless weapons like waves. Whole cities, countries and continents could be depopulated within minutes without destruction of infrastructure or people could be enslaved and keep hostage, because if they won't submit they can be taken down wirelessly. a prion would likely be smaller than a blood cell, though I have never worked with them

Methylene blue and Coomassie blue are simply stains to identify cells and structure under unique light conditions, though Methylene blue is also used to treat a red blood cell disorder related to oxygen carrying capacity
