Confusing. We've got people in this thread saying they work for home builders and they are going gangbusters...never busier. Others are saying there are no new homes being built because of lumber prices.

Lumber futures are down over 60% close to to pre covid levels so that doesn't make sense.

Lumber is at 582...down from 1600 a few months ago.

I know in the inland NW we are starting to see longer days on market and price reductions on listing.
