It's already been pointed out that, TWICE in one day last week, Biden out of the blue brought up the idea of people drinking the blood of children. The adrenachrome "conspiracy theory."

But not mentioned is that, during last week's Town Hall on CNN, Biden suddenly brought up the idea of children asking their parents about the "man on the moon" and "aliens."

Where'd that come from?

But then again, if the White House knows he isn't hitting on all cylinders, would they talk about that around him?
