That sheer amount shows it's 100% bullshit.
For anyone not too familiar with data sizes, 1024KB is 1MB. 1024MB is 1GB. 1024GB is 1TB. So he is claiming to have 39,000,000MB roughly.
To put that into perspective, here is the average size of different file types.
Images
PNG ~ 2 – 4 kB
GIF ~ 6 – 8 kB
JPG ~ 9 – 12 kB
TIFF ~ 900 – 1.000 kB
BMP ~ 900 – 1.000 kB
Documents
DOCX ~4 – 8 kB
PDF ~ 18 – 20 kB
ODT ~ 80 – 90 kB
Media Files
eBook ~ 1 – 5 MB
MP3 song ~ 3 – 4 MB
DVD Movie ~ 4 GB
HD Movie ~ 5 – 8 GB
Blu-Ray Movie ~ 20 – 25 GB
Complete bullshit. They'd need literal weeks worth of 4k video and thousands of other files.

I read somewhere else that it’s wire shark packet sniffer files. Those can get very bigly in a short amount of time.
