We all go to the DMV some more than others. I can tell you that the almost all women employees at my local DMV will NOT strike. Its an assumption but based on my many interactions with them through the years. Wanting something to happen and expecting it to are 2 different things.

You dont get put in positions of authority because you generally dont follow rules. Unless you are congress or senate or presidents then you make law to over-ride laws that get in your way.

Everyone goes through a vetting process it use to be the best man for the job. These last 10-15 years you get the job because hiring quotas are needed to be met.

All Biden can do is Mandate for those that work for the Fed, and put press of Employer's to do the same. States are different they are Independent. Left up to each state government to do it. I'm chatting online with a lot of friends that work for the federal government and they don't think it's going to happen. They're saying there's no way this will be mandated. We'll see. Most of them are eligible for retirement and they said they'll retire if it is mandated. Another guy I'm talking to has creds out the wazoo and he said he already has job offers lined up in the civilian sector and will leave the fed if he must.

Wait till they make you pay for the testing from your own pocket like in France and Israel, then what?
