Can you help a GLP newbie out?

I'm fairly new to GLP (and to message boards in general) and I'm looking for some guidance on posting here. A few weeks ago I joined a "q" forum and posted a question about a recent interview with Cyrus Parsa, and some claims he made. I thought the question was legitimate. I was immediately and permanently banned. To my horror.

I found GLP maybe 10-12 months ago and have checked in every day since. I finally subscribed last month and have been wanting to post, instead of just reading the threads. So I did a search and found only a few threads on Parsa, and figured maybe the topic/name is "taboo" here as well. What I don't know is what the banned/to be avoided topics, references, etc. are. Is there a place in a different GLP forum where I could look for the info? Maybe see some more about what I can link to externally, how best to reference the great material and insights I find here? I'm not clear based on the guidelines I read. And I'm too old to be banned twice.

If anyone has the time or inclination to give advice/references, I'd be grateful.
