Total surveillance

An idea accompanied by a question that just popped into my head: is it possible that magnetization by vaccination inoculated into a part of the population makes these individuals biological antennas? If this is the case, wouldn't this be the setting up of a total surveillance network whose data would be forwarded in real time to an AI?

Is this even possible? Sensory input from vaccinated relayed by graphene oxyde lattice to 5G network? IDK. If this turns out to be true, then my worst paranoid nightmare will come true.
