Do you mouth breathers realize that would be lying on a government document, which is punishable by prison time? Some people are obviously going to lie, and people WILL be made examples of.

Each state took over administration in its own way. They know what went in just not where or who. Trust me about 30 states will burn the records the second they try mandates.
