Do you mouth breathers realize that would be lying on a government document, which is punishable by prison time? Some people are obviously going to lie, and people WILL be made examples of.

Every vaccine administered has the person’s name, DOB, PATIENT NUMBER, the type of vax received, AND the LOT number and date given. They can EASILY trace it back if you make some shit up or copy someone else’s info. But, do it if you want. Don’t say you weren’t warned. They tried that at first, illegal aliens complained, they dropped the requirement to show ID. Yep you could give any name any address any birthdate any etc etc.
