Do you mouth breathers realize that would be lying on a government document, which is punishable by prison time? Some people are obviously going to lie, and people WILL be made examples of.

Hell the irs loses 20 percent on tax revenue and they are very motivated concerning money. Why wouldn’t they be able to verify it? Every vaccine administered has the person’s name, DOB, PATIENT NUMBER, the type of vax received, AND the LOT number and date given. They can EASILY trace it back if you make some shit up or copy someone else’s info. But, do it if you want. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Where I live most people weren't asked for I.D.
