Andalusia, Alabama WalMart / half of employees test positive for virus
Just got back from town, don't know when they closed but will not open until tomorrow around 11 a.m..

Police in the parking lot told me other employees are doing a deep clean.

Wonder if Kay Ivey is behind this....pushing the vax in Alabama, she is not happy with us.

Any Alabamians on here? Any issues with the stores in your area.

Walmart in Andalusia is the biggest thing in town.

For most towns in Alabama, Walmart is the main social hub of the whole town.

True, especially here. Next biggest thing is a place called Dirt Cheap, and that place is a mess.

We do have a Piggly Wiggly and a Cost Plus and about 4 Dollar Generals.

Wouldn't take much at all to starve our little town.

Close the about seven places and nobody cooks at home anymore.

Cool, I've been here for just over 14 years, moved here from Florida to help my mother.

She passed a few years ago.

I live out in the country, about 12 miles as the crow flies from Andalusia.

Must have been before I got here, there was a Golden Corral, or so I've been told, but that was before I moved here.

Only place to get a buffet now is Pizza Hut from 11am to 2pm on weekdays. Larry's BBQ does have an all u can eat salad bar.
