NATO was created because of USSR was bullying it's neighbors and wanting to invade.

I'm not sure anyone is butthurt except America who is technically incapable at this point of making a similar hypersonic weapon. The placement of missiles in the former soviet states by the west is what prompted development of these sorts of things like their hypersonic missiles to counter the new threat. Russia got down on bent knee to the west when it broke apart and the west said NATO not one inch east and Russia took their word for it and NATO lied and moved eastward for 30 years so NATO deserves to get what NATO gets.
