If you started the process tomorrow, here in Cali, it could still take you 90 days to have the Sheriff show up and actually escort them out.

I've paid on time and this moratorium has made an already bad housing shortage with high prices even worse. I've been wanting to either renegotiate my lease or find a bigger place in a different area, but it's a sellers and landlords marketplace.
