Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78846383 for the rest of the country, don't you think that the landlords/property mangt. companies had already started the process? that the paperwork for most evictions is already ready to go and was only held up by the moritorium, which has now expired. We'll see what happens with it tomorrow. If they do nothing then the wave of evictions and foreclosures very well could be what ushers in this "great reset"....and in tandem, the NWO. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78620296 Wife and I have not missed a day of work through this entire charade. We have a $1600/mo mortgage on a $420k home with 4600sq ft and 2 new vehicles in the driveway. If it werent for the TV and internet, we wouldnt think anything was wrong. Thankfully we pay very little attention to the brainwashing propaganda and are much better off for it. We definitely feel blessed. SO... ARE YOU ASKING FOR A BULLET TO THE HEAD WHILE TRYING NOT TO BRAG? There are a lot of people who have continued to work with no breaks. Then they got all this govt. stimulus and money for their kids. Think teachers or nurses, for example. A two-family household making $120 - $150k. The govt gave them a $10k raise free money, plus their retirement accounts have skyrocketed. They have been buying up vacation properties, going on trips, buying new cars. They think they are living high on the hog. I've seen it. There's a LOT of that out there right now. |

A close friend has busted his ass his whole life to have something. Including several rental properties. Some (not all) of his renters don’t seem to understand that he is still on the hook. He better never dare miss insurance payments, utility payments, or property taxes. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80539672 Yep. Simple agreement, usually about 14-16 pages. I agree, or not. Tenant. Everybody has bills to slave. The landlord is no different. If you have a slumlord, move. Pay your mortgage/rent. Deadbeats! |

Now we here in America will feel the pains grow stronger. The people taking the jab should fear the fact that it changes your DNA and that what it's changed to has a patenting number to it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78093641 Simple strategy to solve the problem. Thousands in "stimulus" money, $600 extra a week in unemployment for weeks followed by $300 extra for more weeks. Those of us that continued working and paying our bills didn't get any more and we paid. Hell I live off less than just the $300 a week and never missed a payment on the house I bought 7 years ago or any of my other bills. How far behind are the landlords in their bills? How much did they have to cutback or sell to keep from going bankrupt? There's a lot of mom and pop landlords out there that have one or a few properties to rent, it ain't all apartment complexes. I think I only ever rented in one complex in my life and I got out of it as quickly as I could. Rented from several individuals over the 40+ years since I left my parents house. You're feeling sorry for the people that are taking advantage of landlords. Those people wouldn't have had a place to live at all if it weren't for a landlord who invested and risked their money to own the property. Then the government goes and rigs the game in favor of the deadbeats, the people with no integrity, no honesty, no pride! I was always too proud not to pay my own way. I did without things I wanted to pay for the things I needed, pay the debts I owed, And I expected to collect on the debts owed me too, just like these landlords. stop right there buddy. commercial property owners are not in the business of helping humanity. they are no different than any other bizniz that has a product for sale/lease/rent. The same way 17 year olds were collecting pandemic money, the landlords were also. dont make this one sided. im sure you tried to collect some of that pandemic money but refused since it ment openng up the real set of books. landlords are sleezeballs. the rent amount can easily be applied to a mortgage but since most renters live paycheck to paycheck, they dont have the credit to secure a loan...AND LANDLORDS KNOW THIS and take advantage of it. i have no sympathy for commercial property owners. no different than donald trump The profit margin of rental property for housing is below 5%. YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY, DON'T RENT THE FUCKING PROPERTY! I don't own a single other property but the house I live in. A house I picked because I could cover the costs working a minimum wage job if it came to that. I put money in the bank since I bought the place working for $16 an hour. MY job evaporated at the beginning of the year and I plan on waiting out the crazy before replacing it, no unemployment checks, just my savings. No I didn't refuse the stimulus checks but at best that was 3 months expenses, 2 months wages when I was working. My car is 23 years old with 335,000 miles on it. What you got is a bunch of selfish lazy assed people that put their wants before their needs because they got no self respect. They didn't plan for the future, the possibility of hard times cause they thought dumb shits like you would take care of them through the federal government or some organization that's supposed to be there for the real needy, not these gready assed selfish CHILDREN! who are too fucking stupid to take care of themselves. They take out loans to fix up properties then rent them out. They have upkeep bills, property taxes and many are paying mortgages on these properties. Like a business they need to make a profit so they can support themselves and their families. Big investors are buying whole neighborhoods and renting out the houses. You obviously to stupid to grasp this. No one owes you anything that you didn't work for. It's because that non-binary idiot is a brainwashed fool who thinks government can do a better job. For liberals, every foolish thought is caused by their brain damage. Any idiot that thinks the government can do a better job needs to live in public housing in any larger city for a year or two. That'll teach them just how wrong they are. |
