Not worried at all.
Wife and I have not missed a day of work through this entire charade. We have a $1600/mo mortgage on a $420k home with 4600sq ft and 2 new vehicles in the driveway.

If it werent for the TV and internet, we wouldnt think anything was wrong. Thankfully we pay very little attention to the brainwashing propaganda and are much better off for it.

We definitely feel blessed.

There are a lot of people who have continued to work with no breaks. Then they got all this govt. stimulus and money for their kids. Think teachers or nurses, for example. A two-family household making $120 - $150k. The govt gave them a $10k raise free money, plus their retirement accounts have skyrocketed. They have been buying up vacation properties, going on trips, buying new cars. They think they are living high on the hog. I've seen it. There's a LOT of that out there right now.

Simple strategy to solve the problem.

Thousands in "stimulus" money, $600 extra a week in unemployment for weeks followed by $300 extra for more weeks.
Those of us that continued working and paying our bills didn't get any more and we paid.
Hell I live off less than just the $300 a week and never missed a payment on the house I bought 7 years ago or any of my other bills.

How far behind are the landlords in their bills? How much did they have to cutback or sell to keep from going bankrupt? There's a lot of mom and pop landlords out there that have one or a few properties to rent, it ain't all apartment complexes. I think I only ever rented in one complex in my life and I got out of it as quickly as I could. Rented from several individuals over the 40+ years since I left my parents house.

You're feeling sorry for the people that are taking advantage of landlords. Those people wouldn't have had a place to live at all if it weren't for a landlord who invested and risked their money to own the property.
Then the government goes and rigs the game in favor of the deadbeats, the people with no integrity, no honesty, no pride! I was always too proud not to pay my own way. I did without things I wanted to pay for the things I needed, pay the debts I owed, And I expected to collect on the debts owed me too, just like these landlords.

A house I picked because I could cover the costs working a minimum wage job if it came to that. I put money in the bank since I bought the place working for $16 an hour. MY job evaporated at the beginning of the year and I plan on waiting out the crazy before replacing it, no unemployment checks, just my savings. No I didn't refuse the stimulus checks but at best that was 3 months expenses, 2 months wages when I was working. My car is 23 years old with 335,000 miles on it.

What you got is a bunch of selfish lazy assed people that put their wants before their needs because they got no self respect. They didn't plan for the future, the possibility of hard times cause they thought dumb shits like you would take care of them through the federal government or some organization that's supposed to be there for the real needy, not these gready assed selfish CHILDREN! who are too fucking stupid to take care of themselves. I blame their parents and the prevalence of dumb shits like you for their shitty upbringing.

Landlords are operating a business just like all business owners. They take out loans to fix up properties then rent them out. They have upkeep bills, property taxes and many are paying mortgages on these properties. Like a business they need to make a profit so they can support themselves and their families. I have been lucky enough to hold a job through the entire scamdemic. I am not happy that my rent has increased twice this year. I still have a roof for my family and am current on all bills, which is a huge struggle. The cost of living has nearly doubled in two years and I am tired of keeping up.

This whole deal is utter and complete bullshit and here we sit, waiting to be terminated while a huge chunk of the population is gonna be booted to the streets. The chaos is gonna be epic because it seems like this train has no brakes.
