Worried? No, I am elated. A close friend has busted his ass his whole life to have something. Including several rental properties. Some (not all) of his renters don’t seem to understand that he is still on the hook. He better never dare miss insurance payments, utility payments, or property taxes.

That aint gonna happen  these people are lazy bums they will just live in a van or something.
