I wonder who all got them in the United States? That had to cost someone a pretty penny to send out so many copies in the mail. Did anyone else get one in their mailbox where they live?

I was just debating whether to toss the copy I got in the mail into the trash or not. It looks like a nice book but I'm not sure I would say the same for the books content.
