It never will be can be is or will or ever in any way or shape or form or feeling or action or feeling or event or proof or validation or ANYTHING be ever worth it, or fix IT or heal IT or Make IT ok, or Force IT or anything. By and there is a "part" of you that found it was satisfying, or got something or wants to heal or to prove and all the above things, by what happened to you from your Family... It is a PART of you....NOT YOU...it probably craeted a copying strategy at a very young age...by doing these things over and over again you are given the orinail thing the power and energy... It does not operate ALL the time? There are times when you are lucid and fairly function, go forward and NEARLY are independant and free? Learn to know when it takes over and do something else instead, what can IT do to get instead of what it does soemthing that lets you be free of the tings I mention and YOU being INDEPENDANT HEALTHY THRIVING HEALTHY HAPPYY and free from the past? It helped me doing that. Have worked mental health. Do have a good long time trustworthy social worker and pysch...ask to wean of meds slowly. Print this post out and discuss what I mention as you I and them KNOW its the same cause of CRISIS and intervention meds and section TIME and TIME again... work through what I say find ways to get something else positive instaed with that PART and energy....
