Gosh anybody in here remember having to pop the clutch and roll a car that wouldn't start? Remember that trick?

LOL Me and my girlfriends, pushing when there was no hill, run and jump in! LOL Edit to add, Gypsy - somehow an old Beetle Bug suits how I picture you perfectly. My mom had a secession of Beetle Bugs when I was growing up. I like the ones with the big chrome bumpers on them. I can still smell the interiors of these old cars when I close my eyes. What was that smell? Naugahyde? Bhahahah HA! Candies! I had a pair, and I loved them. But no, no Candies on while popping the clutch and jumping in....harhar, I prolly would've broken my foot. I don't do well in heels. I'm a barefoot woman through and through. That VW was old and had a gazillion miles on it....and it did not smell good. It didn't last much longer. It was the old squareback I had that I loved. I lived on the PCH back then, and I always had people asking me if I wanted to sell it....it was a cool surfer's car to have, if into older cars. There's an old bug I occasionally see tooling around town these days. It's in pristine condition, despite it's age. That owner loves that Bug, I'm sure. It always puts a big smile on my face when I see it....lol, it's a light powder blue, and it sticks out in the sea of other cars, like it's all out and proud and just as happy as a lark to show it!....
