A neighbourhood in Wuhan, the central Chinese city where a new coronavirus first broke out, reported at least 10 cases of infection after the local government allowed 40,000 families to gather and share their home-cooked food in a Lunar New Year banquet last month, even as the bug creeps across the city.

China: Vaccine Law Passed

On June 29, 2019, the National People’s Congress Standing Committee of the People’s Republic of China (PRC or China) adopted the PRC Law on Vaccine Administration (Vaccine Law). The official Xinhua news agency states that the Law provides for the “strictest” vaccine management with tough penalties in order to ensure the country’s vaccine safety.

Before the passage of this 100-article Law, provisions governing vaccines were contained in the PRC Drug Administration Law, PRC Law on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, and a few relevant administrative regulations and rules.

The new Law provides for regulatory requirements for researching, producing, distributing, and using vaccines. Such requirements, according to one legal commentator, are much more stringent than those for other drugs (art. 2). It also contains a chapter specifying penalties for violating the Vaccine Law, which are also stricter than those for violating other drug laws (ch. 10). According to the Law, if any violation of this Law constitutes a crime, a “heavier punishment” within the range of punishments provided by the Criminal Law on the relevant crimes is to be imposed (art. 79).

The Law mandates the launching of a national vaccine electronic tracking platform that integrates tracking information throughout the whole process of vaccine production, distribution, and use to ensure all vaccine products can be tracked and verified (art. 10).

According to the Law, China is to implement a state immunization program, and residents living within the territory of China are legally obligated to be vaccinated with immunization program vaccines, which are provided by the government free of charge. Local governments and parents or other guardians of children must ensure that children be vaccinated with the immunization program vaccines (art. 6).

The Law establishes a compensation system for abnormal reactions to vaccination. A recipient of an immunization program vaccine who dies or suffers significant disability or organ and tissue damage is to be paid from the vaccination funds of the provincial level government if the damage falls within the scope of abnormal reactions associated with a vaccine or cannot be prevented (art. 56).

The Law will take effect on December 1, 2019.

There were huge protests in Wuhan and other Chinese cities over 'faulty vaccines' a year-ish before the 'pandemic'. People were getting very sick, many died, and China was a tinderbox.

Also, in Wuhan, they were also protesting being poisoned by the chemical plants and plans for more that the central govt was running with.

A perfect storm of uprising and then they - like the rest of the world facing their own populations rising up - shut it down with the 'pandemic'.

I remember that! I always look for illness outbreaks that FOLLOW vaccine campaigns. The Africans figured it out, but Americans are still like trusting babes in the hands of the white coats.

From a biowarfare standpoint, it would make sense for the December '19 Chinese vaccine mandate to have been an induced immunization against the upcoming "accidental lab leak". That would have been a rational move for a normal hostile nation to make.

Unfortunately, the communist regime is not inherently Chinese and is more effectively a hostile occupier of China. In that case, there would be far less motive to replace the people of other nations with Chinese people than there would be to sacrifice Chinese people for the advancement of the communist regime's global dominance agenda.

Same thing that's going on with delta and the vaccinated. 60 to 70 per cent of the dead and hospitalized with covid are vaccinated. We were warned this was going to happen.

There is Covid. It is easily curable if caught early and if they let you have the treatments, but it exists and has killed people.

That doesn't mean that a vax isn't the cause of what happened in Wuhan. Or maybe a vax started Covid, they shed to other people, and that's how it got started spreading.

Could you discuss how Covid is biphasic? I’ve heard that a few times, but I can’t find anything more official about it.

Well the first phase is replicating its RNA inside your ACE2 cells. (You can stop this with zinc ionophore.)

If it succeeds at that stage, then you're onto the more serious damage phase. Your lungs will be damaged. The RNA will apparently enter the red blood cells and destroy the mechanism that holds the iron, which in turn prevents the binding of oxygen, making your blood much weaker at its main function of transporting oxygen. Your body becomes oxygen deprived even though you're breathing in air. It may also get into the brain.

The vaxes seem to have all these problems plus more.
