If the symptoms are mild then why was an ambulance called? I never called the ambulance for flu symptoms. It would have to get to the stage where I or someone else was passing out from having trouble breathing. It would have to be serious.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80664232 No one said an ambulance was called. Emergency services does not equal an ambulance Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77029459 I still wouldn't visit the hospital for mild flu symptoms. That's a waste of everyone's time and resources. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80664232 I work in emergency services, 911 was absolutely called. People want to skip the triage line at the ED so they call an ambulance, thinking they will get in faster. One of my favorite things to do is call in a report to the hospital with a "triage patient," and the staff directs us straight to triage when we arrive. The look on their face is priceless
