It's international. it's foregin and domestic supply issues. I see it daily in the brand spankin' new Peterbilt armour-up industry. We have shortages on just about every part from every country. to blame it on sniffy is inaccurate. that being said, he's not really helping on the domestic front as much as he needs to.
