Anyone else notice odd behavior in the vaccinated?

I noticed one person that I work around has started to lose track of objects.

He stops and freezes while looking at something. He asks how did this get here? Why is this here? The look on his face is pure confusion. I can see him questioning his memory.

I don't know which vaccine he took.

Another woman I work with has become less friendly and inconsiderate of others. Nothing extreme, but it is noticeable. This might be due to the additional stress with 2021 life in general.

I have noticed changes in the general population. Again, these changes might be related to stress. I see aggressive driving. Driving faster. No use of blinkers. More shootings in my state. I live in a small town and we have had many shootings this year.

Something termed vaxxidents. Not knowing vax status of drivers around me, I have to wonder at a serious uptick in vehicle accidents on all levels. I'm 10X more mindful while driving now and have noticed it firsthand. Seeing more stupid-ass drivers who are flyin' at 100mph+ driving like they stole it.

Among my network, there's a few who I suspect have found out the censored truths about this human trial and took the jab but are now scared shitless not wanting to die alone trying the absolute level best to convince me to join them. Don't know what fancy psychological phrase fits this sort of person but am pretty sure there's one.

I've begun noticing very odd behavior in the vaccinated.

People I've known a long time, suddenly having a personality change and taking on very odd behaviors.

And it seems to be happening to the ones who got vaccinated early on. So like there is a delay in the change of behavior.
