Iron deficiency...watch for warning signs
Iron deficiency mimics many other things and can ALSO present like some of the "covid" symptoms or what they are calling long term damage from "covid".

-shortness of breath
-fatigue
-tingling in hands and feet
-cold hands and feet
-neurological symptoms due to decrease in oxygen in the brain
-long term anemia can lead to organ damage/failure
-heart palpitations
-hair loss

I just think it's a good idea for everyone to be aware since many people are cutting out red meat from their diet or becoming vegetarian. You CAN get iron from green leafy vegetables put not nearly enough. Older people could have even more difficulty getting enough iron.

If you don't have enough iron your red blood cells can't get enough oxygen to any organs in your body. It is fairly easy to find out if you are even slightly anemic.

It seems strange to me that a lot of people are noticing symptoms such as these and possibly causing themselves to panic and believe they are really sick when it's something very simple.

I also am going to speculate that the kill shots could be screwing with the iron in the body due to the graphene oxide or a change in people's electromagnetic field. This magnetism people are experiencing is very odd and could all be related I suppose.

Take it for what it is...just a thought.

Well...yeah. Like most things...too much can be bad. This is if you are LOW on iron.

They are pushing fake meat and soy so I'm pretty sure a large portion of the population could afford to at least check their levels and fix them if they have a problem.

Yeah...apparently you only get about 15%-20% of your iron from green veggies. Closer to 35% with red meat.

I am certain a majority of “long Covid” is from deficiencies.

If people are being knocked down with Covid, just stands to reason, after wards complications will be from some sort of deficiencies.

Mixed with a little “ where’s my disability check”

Great logical explanation OP

Most people are unaware of logic or are liars. Sad but simple fact

Thank you.

I do believe a lot of issues that land people in their doctor's office are nutritional deficiencies. Doctor's don't work with nutrition so they prescribe meds to mask symptoms and this will eventually cause more problems for their patient...all of this equals $$$$.

I have to wonder about this having both hips replaced and walking around on two 6" spears of titanium wedged into my thigh bones.

I'm probably lacking a significant amount of bone marrow, which is the primary producers of red blood cells.

It's something to look into! I was low on iron and thought something was really wrong with me. Even though it takes a few months before you produce new red blood cells the effects are pretty clear within the first week.

If you can stomach liver once a week. Soak it in milk and rinse to get some of the bitterness out. Of course you want to make sure it’s from a clean source.

Iron supplements can cause really bad constipation but can work short term if you’re low.

start cooking your meals in an iron skillet ... it will "shed" all the iron your body needs ... and if you cure it right, nothing sticks, and you don't end up consuming toxic teflon

That's interesting. I do think the shots are messing with the iron...not sure how yet but they're doing something. B vitamins are key to getting iron into the blood cells.

EXACTLY. We can easily figure out what to do...always the opposite of what we are told.

It's sad really.

I know someone who butchers their beef cows every fall, cuts the liver into small squares, freezes it and swallows the frozen squares like pills. Perfect.

So many anti-nutrients in spinach, the trace amount of iron isn't even absorbed. The pH of our stomachs does not favor a vegetable/fruit based diet. We are similar to big cats and carnivores.

Calves liver isn't as potent. I used to brown it quickly on both sides, then add a can of beef broth, cover, and cook about 10 minutes. Thicken the broth for a wonderful-tasting gravy.

A friend's daughter, who was about 12 at the time, absolutely would not eat liver - until I cooked it.

Best source of iron around.

Thanks for this, I've been a vegetarian for decades, I inadvertantly went vegan last summer a year ago for a few months and that was not good. It was unintentional. I find I need to eat eggs and the occasional canned fish or I get very debilitated. Not getting any younger either.

I take a lot of supplements and I do have some iron supplements here that I bought last summer when I realized I had made a mistake in my diet.

Blackstrap molasses can be a good blood builder too with iron and other trace minerals.

I'm going to step this up, been feeling very tired lately again, thought it was just work disagreeing with me.

Some further thoughts on the big picture of this in the thread I made here:

Thread: I had a flash of insight about what "the virus" really is (or could be)

Bullshit. I was in the hospital last April from tick fever ( Rocky mountain spotted fever) and anemia...I'm a 51 year old female. I cut out beef from my diet for the most part for about a year at that point...I believed that's why too but my doctor is vegan ( from India) despite my lack of trust with most doctors, and he explained that veggies have just as much iron as beef. Also I had very heavy periods from complicated menopause symptoms...very heavy...I had three blood transfusions and antibiotics and was back home in five days. I'm taking iron pills now and just for your info, my 75 year old mom has this top with no explanation...she eats a lot of meat..beef ...I'm hearing about anemia more and more...I'm thankful most didn't have the covid vax yet when I got my transfusions...I sure wouldn't want one now! Also just so you guys know, regular over the counter iron pills on the shelf are just as good as prescription ones....I'm eating more spinach now ....my doctor explained going vegan has little to do with avoiding meat. Also, I eat lots of eggs and will not ever give those up...have my own hens. Eggs have a lot of iron too . Hope this info helps. I've been on glp 20 years... knowledge is power
