Solution: don't go veggie.

Bullshit. I was in the hospital last April from tick fever ( Rocky mountain spotted fever) and anemia...I'm a 51 year old female. I cut out beef from my diet for the most part for about a year at that point...I believed that's why too but my doctor is vegan ( from India) despite my lack of trust with most doctors, and he explained that veggies have just as much iron as beef. Also I had very heavy periods from complicated menopause symptoms...very heavy...I had three blood transfusions and antibiotics and was back home in five days. I'm taking iron pills now and just for your info, my 75 year old mom has this top with no explanation...she eats a lot of meat..beef ...I'm hearing about anemia more and more...I'm thankful most didn't have the covid vax yet when I got my transfusions...I sure wouldn't want one now! Also just so you guys know, regular over the counter iron pills on the shelf are just as good as prescription ones....I'm eating more spinach now ....my doctor explained going vegan has little to do with avoiding meat. Also, I eat lots of eggs and will not ever give those up...have my own hens. Eggs have a lot of iron too . Hope this info helps. I've been on glp 20 years... knowledge is power

Re: Iron deficiency...watch for warning signs
Iron deficiency mimics many other things and can ALSO present like some of the "covid" symptoms or what they are calling long term damage from "covid".

-shortness of breath
-fatigue
-tingling in hands and feet
-cold hands and feet
-neurological symptoms due to decrease in oxygen in the brain
-long term anemia can lead to organ damage/failure
-heart palpitations
-hair loss

I just think it's a good idea for everyone to be aware since many people are cutting out red meat from their diet or becoming vegetarian. You CAN get iron from green leafy vegetables put not nearly enough. Older people could have even more difficulty getting enough iron.

If you don't have enough iron your red blood cells can't get enough oxygen to any organs in your body. It is fairly easy to find out if you are even slightly anemic.

It seems strange to me that a lot of people are noticing symptoms such as these and possibly causing themselves to panic and believe they are really sick when it's something very simple.

I also am going to speculate that the kill shots could be screwing with the iron in the body due to the graphene oxide or a change in people's electromagnetic field. This magnetism people are experiencing is very odd and could all be related I suppose.

Take it for what it is...just a thought.

These symptoms can describe several deficiencies but this is how they can relate to iron deficiency. The point is...it's good to know what you are deficient in since it can lead to what people think are horrible health problems when they are an easy fix.

Re: Iron deficiency...watch for warning signs
Thanks for this, I've been a vegetarian for decades, I inadvertantly went vegan last summer a year ago for a few months and that was not good. It was unintentional. I find I need to eat eggs and the occasional canned fish or I get very debilitated. Not getting any younger either.

I take a lot of supplements and I do have some iron supplements here that I bought last summer when I realized I had made a mistake in my diet.

Blackstrap molasses can be a good blood builder too with iron and other trace minerals.

I'm going to step this up, been feeling very tired lately again, thought it was just work disagreeing with me.

Some further thoughts on the big picture of this in the thread I made here:

I'm taking this to heart!

I don't like this dragging feeling, it makes me feel old, and I work a physical job, the daily grind is just wearing me down.

Man you get older and taking care of your health is like another whole job.

However I'd much rather do the work and put in the effort to take care of my health myself, than get to the point where someone else was taking care of me - !

Hoping if I get all the nutrients right it will work like a well oiled machine...or at least not a rusty, neglected machine!

Without enough iron, your body can't produce enough of a substance in red blood cells that enables them to carry oxygen (hemoglobin). As a result, iron deficiency anemia may leave you tired and short of breath.

they sicken us by pushing sunblock and sunscreen for decades.... decreasing our natural Vitamin D from sunshine.

they push a "plant"-based diet.. your iron level plummets. The bioavailability of iron is best when it is heme iron from animals.

always do the opposite of what they push so relentlessly.

Re: Iron deficiency...watch for warning signs
Signs you may have iron deficiency.

1. Extreme fatigue and exhaustion “Fatigue is one of the most common signs of iron deficiency because it means your body is having trouble carrying the oxygen to your cells so it’s affecting your energy levels”
People lacking enough iron in their blood often feel sluggish, weak, and unable to focus. Though fatigue can be the sign of numerous conditions, if it does not go away with adequate rest, consider having your iron levels checked.

2. Frequent infections Iron plays a key role in a healthy immune system, so lower levels of the mineral can make someone more susceptible to infections. “Red blood cells help to transport oxygen to the spleen, which is one place where infections can be fought off” “When someone has an iron deficiency, the white blood cells aren’t being produced as well, and they’re not as strong because they’re not getting enough oxygen, making that person more susceptible to infections”.

3. Pale skin Hemoglobin gives skin its rosy color, so low levels cause the skin to become lighter.

4. Swollen tongue Changes to your tongue, including soreness or swelling, can be a sign of iron deficiency. Cracks on the side of the mouth are also common among people with iron deficiency.

5. Restless Legs Syndrome Some people who have iron deficiency develop restless legs syndrome, a disorder that causes you to have a strong urge to move your legs. The urge often comes with an unpleasant, crawling sensation in the legs that can make it hard to sleep.

6. Hair loss Iron deficiency, especially when it develops into anemia, can cause hair loss. “When hair follicles don’t get enough oxygen, they go into a resting stage, and hair falls out and doesn’t grow back until anemia is improved,”

Ladies may also have this problem, from a premenopausal standpoint.

I had to have transfusions because my iron and red blood cells were leaving my body in large quantities to the point I had all those symptoms. It almost sneaked up on me over several months, and was very dibillitating. I felt completely normal after getting that new blood.

But an ablation to the uterus is what cured it. Id guess a lot of ladies have anemia, and I ate and still eat plenty of beef and liver. Sure ain't no joke.

Ferroptosis in cancer therapy: a novel approach to reversing drug resistance

Ferroptosis is an intracellular iron-dependent form of cell death that is distinct from apoptosis, necrosis, and autophagy. Extensive studies suggest that ferroptosis plays a pivotal role in tumor suppression, thus providing new opportunities for cancer therapy.

Iron uptake is enhanced and intracellular iron level is increased in rapidly proliferating cancer cells, shedding light on the potential of ferroptosis inducing as a therapeutic target for cancer.

In 2016, Wen et al. demonstrated that autophagy contributes to ferroptosis by degrading ferritin in fibroblasts and cancer cells.

The generation of ROS initiates lipid peroxidation and eventually leads to ferroptosis.
The specific feature of ferroptosis is increased lipid peroxidation; thus, the metabolism of lipid peroxides is considered to be critical in the process of ferroptosis.

Iron in human organism
About 4 and 2.5 g of iron for man and woman, respectively.
It exists under 2 forms:
- heminicheminic iron (70 %) Participate to the constitution of hemoglobin (structure of heme), myoglobin and different enzymes.
- non heminic iron (30 %). Present in different enzymes and
molecules of transport (transferrin) and storage (ferritin)

Well...yeah. Like most things...too much can be bad. This is if you are LOW on iron.

They are pushing fake meat and soy so I'm pretty sure a large portion of the population could afford to at least check their levels and fix them if they have a problem.

Almost everything in the universe, but especially everything to do with humans is a case of too much is bad and too little is also bad. The perfect zone is a tiny little strip in the middle.
