I understand what you are saying and the responsibility that goes with it, but I’m talking about those things that are out of your control, especially as a child. Example…A child does not have a choice when the parent sits them in front of that TV..do they? Depends on the age and maturity level of the child and if they be capable to just walk away from it…lol, ya right.

Believe me, that TV would have went the way of the dodo, if it wasn’t for Sponge Bob…

What I’m driving at here friends is that there are things in this life that we have no control of what so ever. I’m not looking to blame anyone for anything and I believe most of us here would agree that we all need to be responsibility to one another, to love one another.

Can we choose not to breath? God only knows what’s in the air these days or the water we drink, that has some not so user friendly chemicals in it. These are the things I was referring to, among other not so healthy things we are subjected to though out our lifetime without our knowledge or consent.

I didn’t want some of you to get bummed out about it, heaven forbid.

So I do apologize if I wasn’t crystal clear on the matter

it really is our own guilt that changes us
the age of accountability comes
and we know that we desire to do what is not loving or wise
the goal is to admit that we have those desires
and ask for forgiveness, cleansing and healing
this can restore us more quickly to that state of innocence

but, blaming others will only make us harder and more prideful

Lets keep it simple folks…just the issues themselves…not who is at fault or even the reasons why. The last thing you people need is to get all bent out of shape over these things…haven’t you had enough of that my friends? Of course you have…separate yourselves from the issues, because in reality, the vast majority of these things you, as an individual, had no control over what so ever for the most part.

Strange isnt it,that we cant remember that part of our lives, or while we are in the womb. Some people may have specific memories from that age, but usually not many. That innocence is precious and molds and drives us. I agree that it is much more than Kindred Spirits. I wasnt trying to be flippant. It was the first thought that came to mind, and was meant in a positive way. Now if everyone could experience that kind of emotion on a daily basis, I would venture to say that most of our problems could disappear. Heres to more of this kind of news. Peace

In short, Love witheld, is violence to those to whom such is witheld. With each blow of said "violence" do those violated then themselves return the "violence" thereby spreading the "epidemic". People generally operate in this domino type fashion and such is well known by those ruling this realm, those who greatly utilize this to their own selfish ends.

In a more simple picture the sharing of Love can be seen as a room full of people, each holding a glass of water which is self filling. All of the people in the room, as is typical for people, daily need to drink from these glasses but the "trick" is that no one can drink from their OWN glass. Now, if this group is in the right mind set, no one will ever get parched as all will understand and care for the needs of others in the same way as they themselves are cared for. The trouble enters when some in the group decide that they "don't feel" like giving of themselves in that way (or is manipulated into such state through the many systems in place), and therefore spend their time "huckstering" drinks out of others while they themselves put away their glass.

As time passes, the many will "make up" for the few, but a time in the distant future arrives when the original problem spreads as those more often refused then themselves withdraw. As this situation becomes epidemic, as is the case surrounding us today, the few "hangers on" become overwhelmed and worn out while the "vampires" now virtually hunt in packs for that which, once upon a time, was universally abundant.

And of course, the above is an oversimplification of the reality, but is a start nonetheless. There are spiritual age considerations as well as personal origination issues. (aka family types or lack thereof)

BTW, definition of "Damn Yankee".......A Yankee who BOTH visits and STAYS in the south. All visiting Yankees are generally told "oh, bless your heart" for their usual behaviour but are not full fledged "damn yankees".

We kind of got start off on the wrong foot JCD, (misunderstanding the original question) and I do apologize for not being clear on the matter. Yes, I knew the answer and so does GLP in general. After thousands of threads read and hundreds of people and ideas coming though this place…yes, you know GLP, but I suspect that it just maybe too much to ask many of our friends here because it is a “touchy” subject…I understand friends, you have been though a LOT and my heart is very tender to you all on these matters, for they do effect us all.

Now, back to the original question. What I was getting at folks is that if you many of you understand some of these things that effect us, how do you think God himself views these things?
