He never said he had images of ballots (mail-in or otherwise). You can check against the rolls whether someone voted or not. Not how they voted, if they voted. That information can be referenced as evidence when you see people that don't live in a district voting in a district or people who are not alive at all voting in a district. Then again, you know that, but it's your team cheating so it's all good, right?
