The harmony of these old time groups was amazing, here is an A cappella

I love this mix so much, classic Burrito Brother's tunes done blue grass and some other classics. Love this version of Sin City, but the icing on the cake is the 18 minute version of Lonesome Rueben with Crowe and Tony Rice battling it out in set like no other. Road music here friends.

i like to post some obscure bands that are really good, ever heard of free beer? i love this country rock so much more than what most people think of when they think of the best groups.

Still love bluegrass, going to a festival next month in Berryville VA. Thats where it’s claimed the first bluegrass festival was held. Back in the 50s. Watermelon Park.

Years ago my wife and I would go to most of the Bluegrass festivals within 500 miles from our home. Many of the festivals were three day events. It was honored to see some of great Bluegrass musicians like Bill Monroe, Ricky Skaggs and many more.

I’m more of a Newgrass guy. I love all grass, but new is my favorite. A lot of good bands around the circuit right now. And it’s way better than anything they’re pushing on the radio

the Dillards are top notch, that is Clarence and his brother Roland in there as well on Andy Griffith. Clarence died in a freak car accident. two favorites, tony rice and clarence together.

all these guys tie in together, as here is Gene Clark with Doug Dillard in this anthem of sorrow and trains.
